The Customer Experience
NaviCab is going to change the entire process of how passengers call and use cabs. No longer will you have to hope a cab will come by and be available while waiting outside in the cold or rainy weather. You will be able to book your next taxi in one of several ways and track the status of your reservation and your taxi, in real-time.
Membership is completely free to the NaviCab passengers and there several ways you can have a taxi pick you up:
Phone Call
Text message
Online over the Internet or using your data enabled mobile phone
NaviCab has partnered with local taxicab companies to provide this service free to their customers. Membership registration is optional, although most of the advanced features will require a few minutes of your time to log on to the website and fill out some basic information.
Here is how the system works:
NaviCab has a live customer service and dispatch team that interacts with the taxicab drivers via a cellular data enable GPS unit mounted in the vehicle. Once you chose your method of calling a cab (text, mobile phone, landline or internet); the dispatch team locates the nearest available cab to your location and sends the taxi to you.
Here are a few of the additional value added services NaviCab has to offer:
Chose your own cab from the real-time interactive mapping program (online and internet enabled mobile phone only)
Receive text messages when the car has reached the pickup location or to confirm that the cab is on the way
All NaviCab’s accept credit and debit cards with a printed receipt
Book your cab hours or days in the future
For the Fleet Owner
NaviCab will not only enhance your existing customers experience, it will drive new customers into the back of your vehicles. After a user registers at the NaviCab home page; (or a new website that we will create for you, if you choose to brand the product as your own) they will have several options to have a driver pick them up:
Via fully integrated text messaging service that is owned, operated and maintained by NaviCab
Access to our website through a personal computer, internet enabled mobile phone or one of the several NaviCab terminals deployed at local hotels and restaurants
Using our live 24/7/365 customer service team. We will provide your customers with an 800 number and forward your existing local numbers to our operators (unless you choose to dispatch your fleet manually)
NaviCab’s turnkey wireless fleet management solution is designed for taxi fleets ranging in fleet size of a few to several thousand vehicles. We provide you with a GPS enabled compact and sleek mobile data terminal with a 4.3 inch full touch glare free screen with a highly sensitive built-in antenna system.
The fleet owner can choose to completely outsource the dispatching function to our customer live 24/7/365 service team, IT and mobile resource unit or manage it himself.
This offering can also be rebranded with your company name so your existing customers will view this as a value added service or in the event that you might want to resell our products to your weekly/monthly leased vehicles.
